Before founding SkillRex, Jeff served as Chief Learning Officer at N2K Networks, where he led the development of data-driven workforce solutions that empowered organizations to meet the evolving demands of the cybersecurity landscape. His expertise in job role analysis, skill baselining, and NIST-NICE framework alignment has been instrumental in helping enterprises optimize their talent strategies.
